You can redeem your Asking Opinion points by visiting the Rewards area of our website. Once you submit your redemption request, it will be processed within 3 business days, often even sooner.

You have the flexibility to redeem your points at any time, as there is no minimum balance requirement. However, we recommend that you consider redeeming your points once you have accumulated at least 100 points, which is equivalent to $1 USD. Occasionally, we may reward you with points for attempting surveys, even if you were unable to complete them. These points can be redeemed for rewards once your balance reaches a minimum of 1000 points. However, if you have successfully completed at least one full survey, you have the option to redeem your full balance for one of our rewards, regardless of the total points accumulated. We aim to ensure that your efforts are fully recognized and provide you with flexibility in redeeming your rewards.
When you choose to redeem your points for a PayPal cash reward, it's important to note that you may encounter a PayPal commission charge. These charges are imposed by PayPal and are beyond our control. However, please be aware that there are no commission charges associated with redeeming points for rewards such as Amazon eGift Cards, Tango cards, or any of our other gift cards. We strive to provide a variety of reward options with minimal fees to ensure a satisfying redemption experience for our members.
You will get a Reward Link via email, and to redeem reward of your choices follow these steps:
1. Click the redemption URL in the reward email you received.
2. Spend your reward on one or more rewards from the catalog of popular brands.
3. Select Add to Cart.
4. Enter your name and email address, and check the box after reading the terms.

For the best survey-taking experience, we advise using the latest versions of web browsers. Outdated or older versions of web browsers may not fully support the survey scripts, potentially leading to compatibility issues. Once you have successfully completed a survey, your points will be awarded to you. However, there are instances where our clients may not immediately send the completion status as you finish the survey. Consequently, you may not see the Congratulations Message immediately after completion. Rest assured that your points will still be credited to your account once our client provides us with the completion status. You can track the update of your points balance, and when the completion status is received, the appropriate points will be added accordingly. We strive to ensure accurate and timely point crediting for our members' survey participation.
There are several reasons why an account may be flagged as fraudulent. These reasons include:
- Failing our verification process: If the information provided during the account verification process does not meet our criteria or is deemed inaccurate, it may result in the account being marked as fraudulent.
- Operating multiple accounts: Maintaining multiple accounts within our system is not allowed and can lead to an account being flagged as fraudulent.
